The 3D Editor now has a top-level Diagnostics menu for faster report access.
The Diagnostics menu sits with the main 3D Editor menu set and includes Copy Report, Refresh, Refresh Heavy Mesh Scans, Refresh Full Diagnostics Report, Open Diagnostics Tab, and smaller copyable reports for live status, selection/backend, EM2, mesh health, modifier stack, format IO, and event trail.
